Why legitimate interests? We've conducted a balancing test weighing our interest in providing better AI training quality against your privacy rights. We provide strong safeguards (pseudonymization, opt-out, encryption) and clear transparency. You can opt-out at any time without service impact.
Important: We do NOT store audio recordings. Your voice is processed in real-time and converted to text - audio is never retained.

Our platform may include simulated scenarios (e.g., medical consultations) for training purposes. Please do not enter real personal health information, political opinions, or other sensitive personal data.
If you accidentally disclose sensitive information, please contact us at mail@versa.training so we can take appropriate measures, including excluding the data from any AI training use.
We use pseudonymized conversation data to improve our AI models - making conversations more realistic and feedback more accurate. This benefits all users through better training quality.
Your conversation data is used only to improve the Versa platform — not to train general-purpose AI models or support other companies' services.
Our AI providers (like Azure OpenAI) do not use your data to train, retrain, or improve their base models. Your conversations support Versa's independent development, not external AI systems.

Our interest: Providing better AI-powered speech training (more realistic conversations, more accurate feedback) benefits all users and improves our service quality.
Why this interests us: Users of speech training platforms reasonably expect their conversations improve the AI. Better AI directly benefits all training platform users.
How we balance your rights: We provide opt-out before any training use, implement strong technical safeguards (pseudonymization, encryption), limit data retention, and enable easy deletion.

You can delete your conversation history anytime through account settings.
Toggle "AI Training" off in Settings → Privacy. This takes effect immediately for future data. Previously collected data will be removed from training datasets within 30 days. Your service access remains fully functional.

We only share data with processors who help us deliver the service. See our Subprocessor List for current details.

The training platform uses only essential cookies for authentication.
Our platform is designed for adults and higher education. Users under 16 should not use our services without parental consent.
We'll notify you of material changes 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the notice period means acceptance.
